Pros +
- Very good position and just on the nearest store street to Shimizu Station.
- Completely met our needs as a comfortable place to stay for a night with good value right at the train station.
- The room is tidy and clean and the hotel staff also very kind. The hotel is very close to the station, also has a big supermarket that 24hrs open nearby. Really a good place to stay.
Cons -
- Old building, old rooms with old facilities. There are a fridge, an old closet, and old TV, and a bathroom with shower and very old smart toilet. It uses an old-fashioned key. You can even smell an old odor in the room. Very limited outlets. However, it was a little bit expensive in such a small city.
- The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke and the room was quite small compared to other hotels we stayed at around Japan.
- There was no lift to carry our luggages so we had to climb the stairs.

Room was comfy. Was nice to have a big massage chair in the room. Hotel was conveniently located near the train station.
There was no lift to carry our luggages so we had to climb the stairs.
Location
Old building with shabby looks both inside and outside (nothing to do with Ukrainian flag on the wall - it was cool).
